Great for couples, friends & small families! Here at 5200ft elevation, the mountain air is so fresh, there's no loud city noises, and no light pollution which means star gazing is optimal. Custom built cabin is your home away from home. This is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom fully furnished getaway. The bedroom has two queen sized bed, the living room has sofa and chair, Smart TV (need own streaming subscriptions), board games, area info, a dedicated workspace with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a large, large walk-in shower and a walk-in closet for clothes and luggage storage.
The kitchenette has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, mugs and glasses for wine. No sink or cooking space - this is more like a hotel room. Kitchenette, dining, and living room area are open concept. No propane stoves or cooking in or outside of cabin.
When renting The Cholla Cabin, you are getting the entire cabin to yourself. It is private, quiet and relaxing. Enjoy coffee in the morning and star gazing at night on the private porch
We recommend not just staying to sleep. Utilize our amazing property and trails. Watch the wildlife and enjoy the serenity. There is WiFi and board/card games. There is an activity area with 4 hammocks & corn hole & tether ball.

Friendly dogs and cats are welcome if owners comply with the following: $45 non refundable pet fee (maximum 1 pets). Pets on leash at all times, pets to placed in crate if ever left unattended. Also you will be on 30 acres with other guests on the property who might have pets, and there is a risk for wildlife activity so owners assume all risk for property damage, altercations with wildlife, other pets or humans. Guests assume liability for health and safety of pets. Guests who do not comply will be requested to leave immediately. **Recommend** Dog booties to help prevent little stickers getting in dog’s paws.

You will have access to almost 30 acres. Nearly 2 miles of nature trails. Enjoy bird and wildlife watching, geode/stone hunting, and meditation. Shared activity area with 4 hammocks, corn hole and tether ball setup. Nature trails and activity area are shared with other guests.
